axivo inc. transition started +

With the release of Sphinx 2.0.0, I decided to improve also the customer support. More and more people are interested into my products and services, so a better site is required with a new blog design, forum and ticketing system.

So far the forum uses a default skin, but I will design soon a clean interface for the hole site. As soon as I get a little time (after Sphinx 2.0.0 release), I will write a bridge to allow vBulletin user information being used into Wordpress. I modified the Project Tools code and design to use it as Ticketing System also. The tickets can be viewed only the owner and Axivo Staff. The user can change the ticket status on his/her tickets only, option not available by default in Tools.

I will keep you updated with more information, while the transition continues.
